These terms apply to your use of Wylie TX Business (wylietxbusiness.com), a directory of local businesses in Wylie, TX, run by Premier Code, Inc ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

An independent directory

Wylie TX Business is privately run. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the City of Wylie or any other government body. For city services, visit the official city website.

Business information

Listings come from public sources and from the businesses' own websites. We work to keep them accurate, but details such as opening hours and phone numbers change, so please check with the business before you rely on them. A listing is not a recommendation or endorsement. If something is wrong, use the Report an error link on the business's page.

Business names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. A business can ask us to correct or remove its listing through our contact form.

Your account

You need an account for some features. Give us accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 to create one.

What you send us

When you send us a message, suggest a business or report an error, you confirm that what you send is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use it to run and improve the directory, for example to add or correct a listing. We handle any personal information in it as our privacy policy describes.

If you manage a business and upload photos of it, you confirm that you took them or have permission to use them, and that they don't show people who haven't agreed to appear. You allow us to show, resize and crop them on this site and when pages are shared. We may remove any photo.

Reviews

Reviews help your neighbors choose. When you write one:

• write about your own, real experience with the business, and review each business only once;
• don't review a business you own, work for or compete with, or one that paid or rewarded you for the review;
• keep it about the business: no profanity, hate, threats or harassment, and no phone numbers, email addresses, links or other personal information;
• no advertising or spam.

Reviews show your first name and last initial. Most publish right away; some wait for a quick check by our team first. We remove a review only when it breaks these guidelines, never because it is negative. Paying for a listing or sponsorship never changes which reviews are shown or the rating.

Business owners can reply publicly to reviews of their business, and anyone signed in can report a review they think breaks the guidelines. Owners can't remove or edit reviews. We may hold the reviews of, or stop reviews from, accounts whose reviews repeatedly break the guidelines. You can edit or delete your own review at any time. By posting a review you allow us to show it on this site and in search results.

Paid features and pricing

Some features, such as sponsorship, are paid. Prices, setup fees, discounts and promotional offers can change at any time. Promotional offers may be limited in time or in number and may end without notice. A change never affects a period you have already paid for. If the price of your current subscription changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.

Sponsorship

The owner of a claimed business can sponsor it. Each level's features, its number of categories and photos, and its price are shown on our Advertise page and when you buy. A sponsored business appears in a spot labelled "Sponsored" at the top of the categories you choose, up to three sponsors per category in each city. Sponsorship never changes a business's reviews, its rating or its place in the regular lists, and we don't promise any number of visitors, calls or sales.

• Billing. You pay in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Your sponsorship renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices are before sales tax; we add Texas sales tax where it applies.
• Premier setup. Premier includes a one-time setup by our team. Monthly Premier has a setup fee, shown when you buy; yearly Premier setup is free. We'll contact you within 7 days to arrange it. The description we write is part of Premier and is shown while you have Premier.
• Founding price. The first 250 sponsors across our sites get the founding price for as long as they stay sponsored. If you cancel and sponsor again within 30 days of your last paid period ending, you keep it; after that, current prices apply.
• Changes. Moving to a higher level starts right away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving to a lower level starts at your next renewal; photos over the new limit are hidden, not deleted.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your sponsorship page. Your placement stays until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund time already paid, except where the law requires it or we decide to.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days. The placement is paused 7 days after a failed payment and ends if payment isn't made.
• Our side. We may decline or end a sponsorship that breaks these terms, or if the business closes, is removed or changes owner. In that case we decide on any refund case by case.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• send false, misleading, unlawful or abusive content, or pretend to be someone you're not;
• send spam or advertising through our forms;
• copy the directory in bulk with automated tools, or use it to build a competing database;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, or reach parts of it you aren't allowed to use.

We may remove content, refuse requests, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Our content

The site's design, text, layout and software belong to Premier Code, Inc. You may view and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.

Links to other sites

Business pages link to the businesses' own websites and to maps. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Premier Code, Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or your dealings with a listed business. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100.

Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law while using the site, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, including legal fees, that we incur as a result.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
